Call Heeny & Co Dumpster Rental in Hartford
We are a call-only company by design. No forms that sit in an inbox overnight — you call, a person here in Hartford picks up, and you have a price and a delivery slot before you hang up.
Before you call
Three things that make the call two minutes instead of ten
- What you are throwing away. “Kitchen gut, cabinets and drywall” tells us more than “renovation debris”. Heavy material like concrete, brick or dirt changes the answer completely.
- Where it is going. Street address, and whether it is going on a driveway, a gravel or dirt pad, a shared drive or the street. Mention a narrow drive shared with the building next door, a detached garage or a shed the arm would have to clear, a fresh pour or already-cracked concrete, a kerb still banked with ploughed snow, a pad still soft after a thaw, a condominium association whose rules want notice first, or low maple and oak limbs and service drops over the run in. Tell us as well if the address is actually in West Hartford, Wethersfield, Newington or East Hartford, because those are separate towns with their own rules.
- When you need it. Morning or afternoon, and how many days you want it. We can usually do same day if you call before about 11am.
That is genuinely it. We will size it, quote a flat price including disposal, and book it.
Serving these towns
West Hartford, East Hartford, Wethersfield, Newington, Bloomfield, Windsor, South Windsor, Manchester, Glastonbury, Rocky Hill, Farmington, Avon, Simsbury, New Britain, Berlin, South Meadows, Frog Hollow and Hartford itself — West Hartford, East Hartford, Wethersfield, Newington, Bloomfield and Windsor on our doorstep, South Windsor, Manchester and Glastonbury across the river, Rocky Hill, Berlin and the city of New Britain to the south, and Farmington, Avon and Simsbury to the west. South Meadows and Frog Hollow are neighbourhoods of Hartford rather than separate towns — our yard is on 192 Ledyard St in South Meadows — so we are in both every day. Connecticut has 169 towns and no county layer running solid waste, so every town on that list keeps its own rulebook, and all fifteen of them sit alongside Hartford in the Capitol Region Council of Governments. One phone number for all of it. If your area is not listed, call and ask.
Contractors and property managers
Ask about a standing account when you call. It gets you priority scheduling, next-day swaps, consolidated monthly invoicing and a certificate of insurance on file so you are not chasing paperwork on every job.

Contact FAQs
Why is there no contact form?
Because forms cost you time. Sizing a container properly takes a two-minute conversation about what you are throwing out and where it goes. A form turns that into three emails over two days. Call (959) 666-6427 and you will have a firm price before you hang up.
What if I call outside business hours?
Leave a message with your name, the town and roughly what you need and we will call back first thing. For genuine emergencies — storm damage, a container blocking access, a safety issue — call anyway and it will reach somebody.
Can I get a written quote?
Yes. We will confirm the quote by email or text after the call so you have the size, the price, the tonnage allowance and the rental window in writing before delivery.
Do you charge for a quote or a site visit?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. If the job is complicated enough to need eyes on it — a drive shared between two houses, a six-family with the work at the back, an alley we have not run in a while, a gravel pad that softens after a thaw, a drop that has to clear a low maple limb or a porch roof, a detached garage or a shed, a condominium that wants the placement agreed first, a commercial site with awkward access — we will come and look at no charge.
How far in advance should I book?
For a straightforward residential job, a day or two is plenty and same-day is often possible. For a scheduled construction start, a multi-container gut job, a demolition running to a fixed timeline, the spring stretch when the frost comes out of the ground and every second cellar on the street gets cleared at once, the last weeks before the ground freezes in the autumn, or the week after a bad storm, give us a week if you can and we will hold the slot.
